Mr. G.V. Bhaskar serves as the Correspondent of Saibaba Central School, bringing with him not only extensive professional expertise but also a deep sense of devotion and purpose. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Bhaskar moved to the United States in 1998, where he co-founded a successful software consulting firm that he led as CEO for over a decade. Under his visionary leadership, the company grew from the ground up into a thriving enterprise and rose to become a Inc 500 company, demonstrating strength in business strategy, team-building, and organizational growth.
In 2010, after the Mahasamadhi of his spiritual master, Sadguru Sri Sainathuni Sarath Babuji, Mr. Bhaskar made a life-changing decision. He chose to close his company and dedicate the rest of his life to serving his Guru. With no agenda or conditions, he returned to India in 2012 with a simple intention: to be of service wherever he was needed in the Saipatham ecosystem.
From construction projects to various behind-the-scenes responsibilities, he took up each task with humility and dedication. Between 2016 and 2018, he oversaw the successful expansion of the school’s third floor, a contribution that significantly improved the school’s learning environment.
In 2021, when Guruji’s daughter and the Academic Director of the school felt there was a need for his support, he was entrusted with the role of Correspondent. True to the spirit of service, Mr. Bhaskar continues to serve the school in a voluntary capacity, choosing not to receive a salary or personal benefits.
At Saibaba Central School, Mr. Bhaskar plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of all non-academic aspects. His responsibilities include administration, infrastructure, finance, transport, maintenance, and government compliance. Inspired by her Sadguru, Sri Sainathuni Sarath Babuji, and moved by his vision of meaningful, value-based education, she chose to pursue teaching as a form of dedicated service. She completed her B.Ed. with distinction, graduating as the college topper from Gorantla B.Ed College, Ongole, with the sole intention of joining and serving this school.
Since beginning her service in 2008, she has steadily grown through the roles of teacher, section in-charge, coordinator, and Vice Principal before taking on her current leadership role of Principal. For nearly two decades, she has remained unwavering in her devotion to the school’s mission and continues to see her work not merely as a profession, but as an expression of love and devotion toward her Guru.
As an academic leader, Mrs. Sasi Lakshmi brings together discipline, warmth, and a strong commitment to continuous learning. She has participated in CBSE training programs annually since 2008 in areas such as stress management, child psychology, and personality development. She also holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (DECE) from IGNOU and has trained in Waldorf methodology in Chennai. Her passion for innovation has led her to explore alternative schools across India, and she is regularly invited to serve as a CBSE school inspector across Andhra Pradesh.
