		Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony
		Parents of the students met with the class teachers on 9 and 10 March 11 to check on the progress of their children and workout strategies for further improvement. More than 65% parents attended this meeting. It was a good opportunity for the teachers too to get a feedback from the parents.

		The parents of the children from LKG to Class VIII had the opportunity to meet the class teachers to discuss the progress of their children. This is a good occasion for the parents to workout strategies along with the class teachers to improve the child's performance in the school. Many parents attended the meeting and interacted with the teachers. The teachers used the occasion to request the parents to take special care in areas which concerned them.

		The traffic in Ongole is unregulated and dangerous. At the School, the children are given regular classes and activities to educate them about the traffic rules to be followed by them. This sensitises them and their parents too about traffic rules and helps in ensuring their safety. Here we see Class VII students doing their activity about traffic rules

		The seventh bus of the school was formally inducted in to the fleet by Amma garu on 16 August 2010. We were feeling a need for one more bus since a long time. The number of students had increased this academic year and we also wanted to shorten the journey time for the buses. This new bus will ease the situation a great deal. We purchased a TATA Marco Polo bus. This is the same make as the other, older six buses of the school
		Independence Day celebrations in SCS
		The parents of the students met the class teachers on 9th, 10th and 11th August to check upon the progress of their children and convey their feedback to the teachers. It was a great opportunity for the teachers as well as parents to share their perception about the children and the way they were studying. These meetings are very important to the school as they give us a valuable insight into how the education of the children was going on and how the parents feel their children are doing.
